Summer brings warmer tempartures with average highs in the high 80s and lows around 60°. Fall brings the changing colors which makes it beautiful along the Boise River with tempatures ranging from highs in the high 70s and lows around 40°. Winter brings the snows in the mountains above Boise and skiing! The tempartures average here in the valley with highs near 40°and the average low around 30°.

I make a joke when people ask me how much snow do we get in the valley? I tell them it snows 4 to 6 times a year, 4 to 6 inches, and stays 4 to 6 days! So Boise Idaho Real Estate does definitely have 4 seasons! Another saying I hear from time to time is, if you don't like the weather in Boise, just wait 5 minutes! I've seen it actually snowing in my back yard and not in the front yard.
